Catering Service Contract Sample

Parties Involved:

Event Details:

The catering services covered under this agreement shall take place at 789 Event Plaza, New York, NY 10022, on the date specified below, or at an alternative location if mutually agreed upon.

Services Provided:

The caterer shall provide food, beverages, staff, and equipment necessary for the event, including menu planning, setup, serving, and cleanup, as detailed in the attached menu and service outline.

Payment Terms:

The total fee for catering services shall be $5,000, payable as 50% deposit upon signing this agreement and the remaining 50% due upon completion of the event.

Responsibilities of the Caterer:

The caterer agrees to deliver all services as specified, maintain health and safety standards, and ensure punctuality on event day.
