Project Description:
The project involves architectural design services for the development located at 789 Sunset Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90028, or other designated sites as specified in subsequent agreements.
Scope of Services:
Lance Design Studio shall provide architectural design, planning, and consulting services as detailed in the attached scope, in accordance with industry standards and project requirements.
Compensation:
The client agrees to pay the architect a fee of 8% of the total project cost, payable in accordance with the milestones outlined herein.
Architect Responsibilities:
Lance Design Studio will perform all services diligently, coordinating with consultants and contractors as necessary, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and standards.
Governing Law:
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved in the Los Angeles courts.
Additional Provisions:
