Plumbing Maintenance Contract Sample
Parties Involved:
Service Provider: ABC Plumbing Services LLC

Client: XYZ Building Owner

Scope of Services:
The service provider agrees to perform regular plumbing maintenance, inspections, and repairs at the client’s property located at 789 Broadway, New York, NY 10003, as specified in the schedule attached hereto.
Payment Terms:
The client shall pay a fee of $1,000 per month for the maintenance services, payable on the first day of each month or as otherwise agreed in writing.
