Sample Basic Contract for Services (US)

Parties Involved:

Service Provider: XYZ Consulting LLC
Address: 123 Main Street, New York, NY 10001

Client: ABC Corporation
Address: 456 Elm Avenue, New York, NY 10002

Scope of Services:

The Service Provider agrees to perform the services outlined herein, including but not limited to consulting, analysis, and reporting as specified in Exhibit A attached to this agreement.

Payment Terms:

The Client shall pay the Service Provider a total fee of $10,000, payable in installments as specified in Schedule B. Payments are due within 30 days of invoice receipt.

Service Provider Responsibilities:

Governing Law:
