Event Details:
The event is scheduled to take place at the Grand Ballroom, City Hotel, 789 Broad Street, New York, NY 10003, or at another location as specified in subsequent agreements.
Services to be Provided:
The designer shall provide event theme conceptualization, decoration design, floral arrangements, and setup coordination as detailed in the scope of work, to ensure a successful event experience.
Payment Terms:
The total fee for design services is $5,000, payable in two installments: 50% upfront and 50% upon completion, prior to the event date.
Designer Responsibilities:
The designer agrees to create and deliver all design concepts in a timely manner, coordinate with vendors, and execute the agreed-upon design plan on the event day, adhering to professional standards.
Governing Law:
