Food Truck Details:

The food truck involved in this agreement is a 24-foot mobile kitchen described as follows: Model XYZ, License Plate: ABC123, equipped for serving various cuisines as specified herein.

Terms of Engagement:

The vendor shall operate the food truck during the event period from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, providing services in accordance with health regulations and event standards.

Payment:

The organizer shall pay the vendor a flat fee of $2,000 plus 10% of gross sales, payable within 7 days after the event concludes.

Vendor Responsibilities:
