Property Description:
The property covered under this agreement is located at 789 Oak Avenue, Anytown, USA, including all associated structures and premises as specified herein.
Scope of Services:
The maintenance company agrees to provide routine landscaping, repairs, cleaning, and preventative maintenance services as detailed in this contract, ensuring the property remains in good condition.
Payment Terms:
