Project Description:

The project involves construction work at 789 Broadway, New York, NY 10003, including all related site and structural activities as detailed in project annexes.

Scope of Services:

The Construction Manager shall provide comprehensive management services, including scheduling, procurement, quality assurance, safety oversight, and coordination of subcontractors, in accordance with the contract documents.

Compensation:
