This agreement pertains to the creation, deployment, and sale of a non-fungible token (NFT) representing digital artwork titled “Virtual Dreams,” linked to the smart contract specified herein, located at 789 NFT Lane, San Francisco, CA 94105, or other designated blockchain assets as detailed in subsequent negotiations.
Contract Terms:
The contractor shall develop and deploy the NFT smart contract on the Ethereum blockchain, ensuring compliance with relevant standards such as ERC-721 or ERC-1155, and shall transfer the rights as detailed in this agreement. The client shall provide necessary digital assets and approval prior to deployment.
Contractor Responsibilities:
