Project Description:
The scope of work involves construction at 789 Main Street, New York, NY 10003, or other specified project locations as outlined in subsequent project documentation.
Scope of Contract:
The contractor agrees to deliver all construction services, materials, and labor necessary to complete the project in accordance with the agreed specifications, timelines, and applicable regulations.
Payment Terms:
Payments shall be made based on milestones achieved, with detailed payment schedule to be specified in the final contract, subject to approval of completed work.
Contractor Responsibilities:
