Parties Involved:

Service Provider: Gourmet Foods Inc.

Service Description:

The service provider shall supply and deliver food services at the client’s designated location at 789 Service Lane, New York, NY 10003, according to the specifications outlined in this contract.

Terms of Service:

The client agrees to pay the service provider a fee of $5,000 per month for the specified food services, payable within 15 days of invoice receipt. The contract duration shall be from January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024, unless terminated earlier as specified herein.
