Event Details:
The event shall be held at the designated venue located at 123 Celebration Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90001, on [Date], from [Start Time] to [End Time]. Additional arrangements may be included as agreed upon.
Rental Terms:
The client agrees to pay a rental fee of $X,XXX, payable in full prior to the event date, covering venue use, equipment, and facilities as specified.
Responsibilities of the Venue:

Payment & Cancellation Policy:
