Venue Description:

Booking Terms:
The client agrees to reserve the venue for the specified date(s), with a deposit of 30% payable upon signing this agreement. Final payment is due 14 days prior to the event date.
Provider Responsibilities:
The provider agrees to prepare the venue and ensure it is suitable for the event, adhering to all safety and legal standards. The client is responsible for adhering to venue policies and noise regulations.
Governing Law:
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of the New York courts.
