Event Planner Contract Sample

Event Planner: XYZ Events LLC

Event Details:
The event scheduled for planning and coordination will occur at 789 Party Lane, New York, NY 10003, on June 15, 2024, or as otherwise specified in subsequent negotiations.
Services Provided:
The event planner shall provide comprehensive event planning, vendor coordination, on-site management, and other related services as detailed in this agreement.
Compensation:
The client agrees to pay the event planner a fee of $10,000, payable in two installments: 50% upon signing this agreement and the remaining 50% upon completion of the event.
Event Planner Responsibilities:
The event planner commits to executing all services diligently, coordinating with vendors, ensuring timely preparation, and managing the event smoothly, all in accordance with professional standards and applicable laws.
