Parties Involved:

Seller: John A. Doe
Address: 123 Elm Street, Springfield, IL 62704

Buyer: Jane B. Smith
Address: 456 Pine Avenue, Springfield, IL 62705

Property Description:

The property subject to this agreement is located at 789 Maple Road, Springfield, IL 62706, or other designated real estate as detailed herein.

Payment Terms:

The buyer agrees to pay the seller a total purchase price of $150,000, payable over a period of 5 years, with an initial down payment of $20,000 and remaining balance with interest at 5% per annum, as specified herein.

Seller Responsibilities:

The seller agrees to transfer possession of the property upon full payment and to provide clear title upon completion of all payments, subject to applicable laws.

Buyer Responsibilities:
