Description of Goods or Property:
The item subject to this installment agreement is a 2022 Model XYZ Vehicle, VIN 1HGBH41JXMN109186, or as otherwise specified herein.
Payment Terms:
The buyer agrees to pay a total purchase price of $20,000, payable in installments as follows: an initial down payment of $2,000 upon signing, followed by twelve monthly payments of $1,500 each, starting on the 1st of the month after signing. Total payments may include interest at 3% per annum as specified herein.
Seller Responsibilities:
