Work Description:
This agreement pertains to the musical composition titled “Sunset Dreams,” including all associated rights, recordings, and derivatives as specified herein.
Rights & Royalties:
The Artist grants the Publisher the exclusive right to reproduce, distribute, and publicly perform the Work. The Publisher agrees to pay the Artist a royalty rate of 15% of net gross income received from the exploitation of the Work, payable quarterly within 30 days of receipt.
Publisher Responsibilities:
The Publisher shall promote, license, and administer the Work in accordance with industry standards, ensuring fair management and collection of all income generated.
Term & Territory:
