Simple Graphic Design Contract Sample

Project Description:
The scope of work includes the creation of custom graphic designs as specified in the project brief, including branding assets, digital graphics, and related materials.
Payment Terms:
The client agrees to pay a total fee of $5,000, payable in installments: 50% upfront and 50% upon project completion. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice receipt.
Designer Responsibilities:
The designer shall deliver initial concepts within 10 business days, incorporate client feedback, and deliver final files in agreed formats. All work shall meet professional standards and be completed on schedule.
Governing Law:
