Parties Involved:

Vendor: Bright Moments Videography

Event Details:

The wedding event will take place at Sunset Gardens, 789 Sunset Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90003 on June 15, 2024, from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, or as otherwise specified in subsequent arrangements.

Services & Deliverables:

The vendor agrees to provide professional videography services including filming of the ceremony, reception, and candid moments, and deliver a finalized wedding video edited to a length of approximately 10 minutes, within 30 days after the event.

Payment Terms:

The total fee for services is $2,000, with a non-refundable deposit of $500 due upon signing this agreement. The remaining balance is payable no later than the day of the event prior to services commencing.

Vendor Responsibilities:

The vendor shall arrive at the designated location on time, conduct filming professionally, and deliver the agreed-upon product as specified. The client shall provide necessary access and cooperation for successful filming.

Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of Los Angeles courts.

Additional Provisions:

  • The client shall provide a designated point of contact for coordination on the wedding day.
  • This contract may only be amended in writing signed by both parties.
