IT Services Contract Sample (US)
Parties Involved:
Service Provider: Tech Solutions Inc.
Address: 123 Innovation Drive, Silicon Valley, CA 94025
Client: Acme Corporation
Address: 456 Business Road, New York, NY 10001
Scope of Services:
The Service Provider shall deliver IT consulting, development, and support services as detailed in Schedule A, tailored to the Client’s project requirements.
Payment Terms:
The Client agrees to pay the Service Provider a total fee of $50,000, payable in installments as specified in Schedule B, upon completion milestones or as otherwise agreed.
Service Provider Responsibilities:
The Service Provider will perform the services diligently and in accordance with industry standards, keeping the Client informed of progress and issues.
Term and Termination:
This agreement shall commence on the date signed and continue for twelve months, unless terminated earlier with 30 days’ written notice by either party.
Governing Law:
