Service Description:
The service provider shall deliver consulting and support services as outlined in the scope of work attached to this agreement, to be performed at the client’s designated location or remotely.
Payment Terms:
The client agrees to pay the service provider a total fee of $50,000, payable in installments as specified in the payment schedule. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice receipt.
Service Provider Responsibilities:
The service provider commits to perform the services diligently and in accordance with professional standards, maintaining communication with the client throughout the project.
Governing Law:
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County.
Additional Provisions:
