Sample Sponsorship Contract (US)

Parties Involved:

Sponsor: XYZ Corporation
Address: 123 Business Lane, New York, NY 10001

Sponsor Recipient: ABC Event Organization
Address: 456 Event Street, Los Angeles, CA 90015

Sponsorship Details:

The Sponsor agrees to provide financial support and promotional services for the event titled “Annual Tech Conference 2024” scheduled for June 15-17, 2024, in Los Angeles, CA.

Sponsorship Terms:

The Sponsor shall contribute $50,000 toward event expenses, payable in two installments: 50% upon signing this agreement and the remaining 50% before May 15, 2024. In return, the Sponsor will receive promotional exposure as specified herein.

Sponsor Responsibilities:

The Sponsor commits to providing the agreed financial contribution, promotional materials, and participating in agreed promotional activities.

Organizer Responsibilities:

The Organizer shall include the Sponsor’s logo and acknowledgment in all event marketing materials, and provide designated space for promotional displays during the event.

Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

Additional Provisions:

• Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding the terms of this agreement.
• Amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties.
• Failure to fulfill payment obligations may result in termination of this contract and withdrawal of sponsorship benefits.
