Property Description:

The leased premises are located at 789 Maple Street, Springfield, IL 62706, or another specified residential property as detailed in later negotiations.

Lease Terms:

The tenant agrees to rent the property for a period of 12 months, commencing on __________ and ending on __________, at a monthly rent of $1,200, payable in advance on the first day of each month.

Tenant Responsibilities:
