Property Description:
The property subject to this ownership agreement is located at 789 Pine Street, Springfield, IL 62703, including all rights and interests specified herein.
Ownership Terms:
The owner transfers ownership rights to the buyer, subject to the conditions set forth in this contract, effective upon signing and fulfillment of all conditions.
Parties’ Responsibilities:
