Property Description:
The property to be purchased is located at 789 Pine Lane, Springfield, IL 62707, including all improvements and fixtures as described herein or in supplementary documents.
Purchase Terms:
The total purchase price shall be $150,000, payable as specified in this agreement, with earnest money of $5,000 deposited upon signing, and the balance payable at closing.
Seller Responsibilities:
