Project Description:

The scope of work involves designing a user interface and experience for the client’s new mobile application, to be delivered in phases over specified milestones outlined herein.

Payment Terms:

The total fee for the design services shall be $50,000, payable in three installments: 30% upon signing, 40% upon delivery of initial prototypes, and 30% upon final delivery and approval.

Designer Responsibilities:

The designer shall create and deliver the agreed-upon design concepts, incorporate feedback, and provide necessary revisions within reasonable timeframes, ensuring adherence to project specifications and deadlines.

Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County.
