Scope of Work:
The photographer shall provide professional photography services for the event/product/shoot as detailed in the attached Schedule A, including pre-shoot consultations, photoshoot sessions, and post-processing.
Payment Terms:
The client agrees to pay a total fee of AUD / USD [amount], payable in accordance with the schedule outlined in Schedule B. A deposit of 30% is due upon signing, with the balance payable upon delivery of images.
Photographer Responsibilities:
The photographer shall perform all services professionally, deliver edited images by the agreed deadline, and ensure all equipment and personnel are adequately prepared for the shoot.
Use of Images & Licensing:
The client shall obtain a non-exclusive license to use the images for their intended purpose. Rights and restrictions are detailed in Schedule C.
Governing Law:
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Australia / the State of California, US, as applicable. Disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction specified in Schedule D.
Additional Provisions:
- The client shall provide access to the location and necessary permissions for the shoot.
- This agreement may only be amended in writing signed by both parties.
- All payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
