Commercial Photography Contract Sample
Parties Involved:
Photographer: ABC Photography LLC

Scope of Work:
The Photographer agrees to provide commercial photography services, including but not limited to product, lifestyle, and corporate imagery, as detailed in the attached project brief or subsequent agreements.
Payment Terms:
Client shall pay a total fee of $5,000, payable in two installments: 50% upon signing this agreement and remaining 50% upon delivery of the final images. Additional expenses, such as travel or props, shall be reimbursed by the Client if agreed upon in advance.
Deliverables:
The Photographer shall deliver high-resolution images within 14 days of the photoshoot date. Delivery will be via a secure online download link or as otherwise specified.
Photographer Responsibilities:
The Photographer shall perform all services professionally, provide the agreed-upon images, and ensure they meet the quality standards expected in commercial photography.
Client Responsibilities:
The Client shall provide necessary access, creative input, and timely feedback to facilitate the photoshoot and delivery process.
Governing Law:
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of New York courts.
Additional Provisions:
- The Client grants the Photographer rights for promotional use unless specified otherwise in writing.
- This contract can be amended only in writing signed by both parties.
- Payments are non-refundable once services are rendered unless otherwise agreed.
