Sample Portrait Photography Contract

Scope of Services:
The photographer agrees to provide portrait photography services as detailed in this contract, including photo sessions at agreed locations and times, with delivering edited digital images within the specified timeframe.
Payment Terms:
The client shall pay a fee of $500, payable in full upon signing this agreement. Additional charges may apply for extra services or requested prints.
Photographer Responsibilities:
The photographer commits to providing professional photography services, delivering high-quality images, and respecting the client’s privacy and preferences.
Usage Rights:
