Owner Finance Vehicle Contract Sample

Parties Involved:

Buyer: Jane Smith

Vehicle Description:

The vehicle involved in this agreement is a 2015 Honda Civic, VIN 1HGBH41JXFN123456, or other specified vehicle agreed upon by both parties.

Payment Terms:

The Buyer agrees to pay the Seller an initial down payment of $2,000, followed by monthly installment payments of $300 over a period of 36 months. The full purchase price is $14,800, payable as outlined herein.
