Music Artist Contract US Sample

Parties Involved:

Artist: DJ Beats Incorporated
Address: 123 Music Lane, Los Angeles, CA 90001

Manager: XYZ Management LLC
Address: 456 Talent Street, Los Angeles, CA 90002

Scope of Work:

The Artist agrees to perform as a musical performer at designated events, recording sessions, and promotional activities as scheduled and agreed upon by both parties.

Compensation:

The Artist shall receive a fee of $5,000 per performance, payable within five (5) business days after each event, or as otherwise detailed herein.

Artist Responsibilities:

The Artist commits to punctuality, professional conduct, and delivering performances as scheduled, along with providing necessary promotional content as agreed.

Rights and Usage:

The Artist grants the Manager rights to use recordings, photographs, and likeness for promotional purposes during the term of this agreement.

Governing Law:

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved within the courts of Los Angeles County.

Additional Provisions:

• The Artist shall maintain professional integrity and uphold the reputation of both parties.
