Sample Music Management Contract US
Parties:
Manager: XYZ Music Management LLC

Artist: John Doe

Scope of Management:
The Artist grants the Manager exclusive rights to manage and promote the Artist’s musical career, including booking performances, marketing, and negotiating contracts, as detailed herein.
Compensation:
The Manager shall receive a commission of 15% of gross income generated from the Artist’s music activities, payable within 15 days of receipt.
Manager Responsibilities:
