Service Description:
The service provider agrees to perform consulting services related to business strategy development, as outlined in attached scope of work, at the locations and times specified herein or as mutually agreed upon.
Fee and Payment Terms:
The client shall pay a fixed fee of $10,000 for the services rendered, payable in installments: 50% upfront and 50% upon completion, or as specified in this agreement.
