Sample Coaches Contract US
Parties:

Scope of Services:
The coach agrees to provide professional coaching services related to health and wellness, including but not limited to personalized sessions, workshops, and follow-up consultations, as detailed herein.
Payment Terms:
The client shall pay the coach a fee of $100 per session, payable within 7 days of invoice receipt. Additional expenses, if any, shall be agreed upon beforehand.
Coach Responsibilities:
