Services and Schedule:

The provider agrees to offer full-day child care services from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, including meals and age-appropriate activities, starting on September 1, 2024.

Payment Terms:

The parent shall pay a weekly fee of $250, payable every Monday. Additional charges for special activities or extended hours will be communicated in advance.

Provider Responsibilities:

The provider shall ensure a safe, healthy, and nurturing environment, comply with all state licensing requirements, and communicate regularly with the parent regarding child’s progress and any incidents.

Governing Law:
