Construction Work Contract Sample

Project Description:

The scope of work includes the construction of a residential building located at 456 Oak Street, Springfield, IL 62702, or as specified in subsequent negotiations.

Payment Terms:

The owner agrees to pay the contractor a total sum of $150,000, payable in milestones: 30% upfront, 40% midway, and 30% upon completion, subject to approval of progress.

Contractor Responsibilities:

The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the project in accordance with approved plans, applicable codes, and standards of quality.
