Parties Involved:

Licensor: XYZ Media Corporation

Grant of Rights:

The Licensor grants the Licensee exclusive rights to use, reproduce, and distribute the specified content within the territory of the United States for a period of 12 months, commencing on the Effective Date.

Scope and Restrictions:

The Licensee shall have exclusive rights to exhibit and promote the content solely within the agreed-upon territories and shall not sublicense or transfer these rights to third parties without prior written consent from the Licensor.

Compensation:
