Project Description:
The scope of work includes the construction, renovation, or repair of the property located at 123 Main Street, Chicago, IL 60607, or other designated project sites as specified in subsequent addenda.
Terms of Agreement:
The contractor shall complete the work in accordance with the plans, specifications, and timeline agreed upon, and shall be compensated as outlined in this agreement, subject to change orders and negotiated amendments.
Contractor Responsibilities:
The contractor agrees to perform all work diligently, safely, and in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, building codes, and industry standards.
