Scope of Representation:
The agency shall represent the performer in securing engagements, contracts, and related opportunities within the entertainment industry, as specified in this agreement.
Compensation:
The agency shall be entitled to a commission of 15% of gross earnings from each engagement secured under this agreement, payable within 10 days of receipt of payment by the performer.
Agency Responsibilities:
The agency agrees to make reasonable efforts to promote the performer, negotiate contracts, and provide guidance regarding engagements, in accordance with industry standards and applicable laws.
Term and Termination:
This agreement shall commence on the date signed below and continue for a period of one year, unless terminated earlier by either party with at least 30 days’ written notice.
Governing Law:

Additional Provisions:
