Scope of Representation:

The model hereby grants the agency exclusive rights to represent and promote her for modeling assignments within the United States during the contract period.

Compensation:

The agency shall receive a commission of 20% of the gross compensation earned from each booked assignment, payable within 10 days of receipt from the client.

Model Responsibilities:

The model agrees to attend casting calls, photoshoots, and promotional events as scheduled, and to maintain professional conduct at all times.

Agency Responsibilities:

The agency shall use reasonable efforts to secure modeling opportunities, provide guidance, and negotiate contracts on behalf of the model.
