Simple Bookkeeping Contract Sample (US)
Parties:

Scope of Services:
The bookkeeper shall provide bookkeeping services including transaction recording, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting as detailed herein.
Payment Terms:
The client shall pay the bookkeeper a fee of $500 per month, due on the 1st of each month, for ongoing bookkeeping services.
Bookkeeper Responsibilities:
The bookkeeper agrees to perform the services diligently, maintain confidentiality, and provide monthly financial statements to the client.
Governing Law:
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County.
Additional Terms:
