Sample Repayment Contract (US)

Parties Involved:

Creditor: ABC Financial Services
Address: 123 Main Street, New York, NY 10001

Debtor: John Doe
Address: 456 Elm Avenue, New York, NY 10002

Loan Description:

The debtor has received a loan of $10,000 from the creditor, to be repaid in installments as specified below, according to the terms outlined in this agreement.

Repayment Terms:

The debtor shall repay the loan in monthly installments of $500, commencing on the 1st of each month, until the full amount is repaid. Early repayment is permitted without penalty.

Debtor Responsibilities:

The debtor agrees to make payments on time, in the manner specified, and to notify the creditor of any difficulties in meeting repayment obligations.

Governing Law:
