Project Description:

Payment Terms:
The total fee for the logo design shall be $5,000, payable in installments: 50% upon signing this agreement and 50% upon approval of the final design.
Designer’s Responsibilities:
The designer agrees to create initial concepts, incorporate client feedback, and deliver the final logo in the agreed formats within the specified timeframe, adhering to professional standards.
Governing Law:
