Project Description:
The scope of work includes installation, finishing, and repair of drywall at the property located at 789 Maple Street, Los Angeles, CA 90003, as detailed in the project plans.
Payment Terms:
The total contract amount shall be $15,000, payable in installments: 50% upfront, and the remaining upon project completion, subject to approval.
Contractor Responsibilities:

Governing Law:
