Private Security Service Agreement Sample

Service Description:
The security provider shall provide armed and unarmed security personnel to patrol and monitor the specified premises at 123 Main Street, New York, NY 10005, or other designated locations as outlined in subsequent negotiations.
Payment Terms:
The client agrees to pay the security provider a fee of $50 per hour per security officer, payable weekly upon receipt of invoice, or as otherwise specified herein.
