Puppy Sale Contract Sample

Parties Involved:

Buyer: Jane Doe

Puppy Description:

The puppy involved in this sale is a Labrador Retriever, born on March 1, 2024, with the following identification: Microchip ID 987654321. The puppy shall be transferred to the buyer with veterinary health certificates and necessary vaccinations.

Sale Terms:

The agreed purchase price for the puppy is $1,200, payable upon delivery. The buyer shall inspect the puppy before finalizing the payment.

Seller Responsibilities:

The seller agrees to provide the puppy with proper care, vaccinations, and veterinary health certificates prior to transfer. The seller also guarantees that the puppy is healthy at the time of sale.
