Parties Involved:

Seller: John A. Doe
Address: 123 Maple Street, Springfield, IL 62704

Buyer: Jane B. Smith
Address: 456 Oak Avenue, Springfield, IL 62705

Property Description:

The real estate property located at 789 Pine Road, Springfield, IL 62703, including all fixtures and improvements therein, as described in the attached schedule.

Sale Terms:

The seller agrees to sell, and the buyer agrees to purchase, the property for the total purchase price of $250,000, payable as specified herein, with the closing date scheduled for ____________________.

Seller Responsibilities:

The seller shall deliver clear title to the property at closing and fulfill all obligations outlined in this agreement.

Buyer Responsibilities:

The buyer shall provide the earnest money deposit, review title work, and complete the transaction in accordance with the terms specified.

Governing Law:
