Photographer Client Contract Sample
Parties Involved:
Photographer: XYZ Creative Studios

Client: Acme Corporation

Scope of Work:
The photographer agrees to provide professional photography services for the client’s specified event/session at the designated location, including delivery of edited images in the agreed format and quantity.
Payment Terms:
The client shall pay a total fee of $2,500, payable in two installments: 50% upon signing this contract and 50% upon delivery of the final images.
Photographer Responsibilities:
The photographer will perform all services diligently, ensure high-quality images, and deliver the images within the stipulated timeframe. The photographer shall also maintain all necessary licenses and insurance.
Legal & Usage Rights:
The client receives non-exclusive rights to use the images for marketing and promotional purposes. Any additional usage or licensing shall be negotiated separately.
