Parties Involved:

Chef: Gourmet Culinary Inc.
Address: 123 Foodie Lane, New York, NY 10001

Client: Gourmet Event Services
Address: 456 Celebration Blvd, New York, NY 10002

Event Description:

The chef shall provide culinary services at the event located at 789 Party Street, New York, NY 10003, or as otherwise specified in subsequent negotiations.

Compensation Terms:

The chef shall be paid a flat fee of $5,000 for the event, payable in full by the event date, or as otherwise specified herein.

Chef Responsibilities:

The chef agrees to prepare and serve the agreed menu, ensure food safety standards are met, and coordinate with the client to accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences.

Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of New York courts.
