Bookkeeping Contract Sample (US)

Parties Involved:

Bookkeeper: XYZ Bookkeeping Services LLC
Address: 123 Main Street, New York, NY 10001

Client: ABC Business LLC
Address: 456 Elm Street, New York, NY 10002

Scope of Work:

The bookkeeper agrees to provide accurate and timely bookkeeping services, including record keeping, reconciliation, and financial reporting for the client’s business as detailed in the attached scope.

Compensation:

The client shall pay the bookkeeper a fee of $X per month, payable within 5 days of invoice receipt. Additional services will be billed separately upon mutual agreement.

Bookkeeper Responsibilities:

The bookkeeper shall maintain complete and accurate financial records, ensure compliance with applicable laws, and deliver monthly financial statements to the client.

Confidentiality:
